Q: I'm placing an order enquiry online. How does it work.
A: Click on the order enquiry page. Fill out the form and state the size, type, colour and fabric of your Cushy Saks desired. Our Team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order and start the process to get your Cushy Sak delivered to you.
Q: How long does delivery take if I place an order?
A: We work on a make to order process, made especially for you. Your order will be delivered or available for pick up within 10 - 15 working days, once payment reflects in our account. It could definitely be earlier than that, but if for any reason your order is delayed, we will make contact and let you know.
Q: Which area do you deliver to?
A: Currently we only deliver within Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Q: What can I do if I’m having trouble placing an order online?

Q: How will my Sak be delivered to me?
A: We deliver it in its actual size and dimensions.
Q: Does Cushy Sak offer additional fabric styles, colours, and choices beyond what I see on the website?
A: If you can’t find something you love on our site, send us a whatsapp or contact us on info@cushysak.co.za for more options.
Q: Are Cushy Sak covers washable?
A: Yes, the covers are removable and machine washable on a cold wash.
Q: What is Cushy Saks filled with?
A: Cushy Saks are filled with High Spec Mixed Density Polyurethane Chipped Foam, which is the same foam used in cushions, beds and sofa's. This type of foam brings about total comfort and relaxation.
Q: My Cushy Sak is too firm/soft – what can I do?
A: All of our Cushy Sak inners are made with a zip to allow you to easily remove some foam if your Sak is too firm or add more filling if it’s too soft.
Let us know if it’s too soft and we’ll gladly provide you with the additional filling you need!
Q: Do I get a warranty on Cushy Sak products?
A: We provide a warranty of 6 months on all stitching, zips and sliders Simply return your Cushy Sak to us for repairs and we will return it to you once complete.
Q: Are Cushy Saks weather resistant?
A: Our outdoor range is made from high quality, robust outdoor fabric which is water resistant, but NOT waterproof. So while a little water is ok, it’s best not to leave your Cushy Sak in the rain as this will damage the cover and the foam filling.
Our indoor range is not water resistant so shouldn’t be used outside, unless under a covered patio. It’s also not advisable to leave your Cushy Sak in direct sunlight as this lead it to fade over time.
